Business Eligibility

- Verified importers and distributors with valid business licenses
- Companies with established business operations and track record
- Entities capable of meeting minimum order quantities (1 metric ton)
- Businesses with proper import/export documentation
We reserve the right to verify business credentials and reject inquiries from unverified or suspicious entities.
Product Information & Specifications
Our primary product offering includes:
- Product: Premium Roasted Grams (Chana)
- Origin: India
- Packaging: 500g, 1kg, 2kg, 5kg options
- Minimum Order: 1 metric ton
- Quality Standards: ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSAI certified
All product specifications, nutritional information, and quality certificates are provided upon request and form part of the contractual agreement.
Ordering Process & Requirements
All orders must follow our established process:
- Submit inquiry through our official contact form
- Provide complete business verification documents
- Receive and review our formal quotation
- Submit signed purchase order with specifications
- Complete payment through official banking channels
- Receive order confirmation and production schedule
No advance sampling is provided. Samples are shipped only after buyer verification and formal order placement.
Payment Terms & Methods
Payment must be made through official banking channels only:
- Bank wire transfers to our registered business account
- Letters of Credit (LC) from recognized international banks
- Documentary Collections (D/P or D/A) as agreed
Strictly Prohibited:
- Payments to personal accounts
- Cash transactions
- Cryptocurrency payments
- Third-party payment processors
Quality Assurance & Inspection
We maintain the highest quality standards:
- All products undergo rigorous quality control testing
- Third-party quality inspection is mandatory for all consignments
- Compliance with international food safety standards
- Complete documentation and certificates provided
Buyers have the right to arrange independent quality inspection at the port of loading or destination, subject to advance notice and cost arrangements.
Shipping & Delivery Terms
Shipping arrangements and responsibilities:
- All shipments comply with standard Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.)
- Dispatch within 7 working days of order confirmation
- Complete digital documentation provided electronically
- Tracking information shared for all shipments
- Insurance coverage as per agreed terms
Risk and title transfer according to the agreed Incoterms. Delays due to customs, weather, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited as follows:
- Maximum liability limited to the value of the specific order
- No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- No responsibility for delays due to force majeure events
- Quality disputes resolved through agreed inspection procedures
- Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery
All disputes subject to arbitration under Indian law and jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
